Our Story

Keely's Cleaning Crew started in April 2014 when Keely's son was struggling with some health concerns. He was in and out of the hospital and underwent several surgeries, Keely knew that she needed to find a way to make an income for her family while still being available to care for her son when problems arose.



Keely's Cleaning Crews mission statement states "We are a people first company. We put people over profits every day by providing clean, chemical free homes. Improving quality of life while saving you time and energy.”

Whether you need a one-time deep clean or ongoing weekly or biweekly services, our experienced cleaners are here to help. We offer a wide range of services tailored to fit your specific needs.

Our services include but are not limited to residential cleanings, commercial cleanings, move in and move out cleanings, deep cleanings as well as post construction cleans. Keely's crew provides a Ricaar vacuum and all Norwex cleaning products when cleaning your home.

The cleaning crew is solely owned by Keely and has grown immensely in the past couple of years cleaning approximately 260 homes and a handful of business a month,  we are always looking to add new homes to clean and new team members to our crew.

We currently serve the Bismarck, Mandan and New Salem areas and would love to expand to other communities in North Dakota. Keely's cleaning crew encourages a strong work-life balance for their employees by allowing a flexible work schedule, competitive wages, paid vacation, Aflac, retirement savings plan, and compassion - we care about our employees, their health, their wellness and their families. Meet The Team

Keely, Owner

Keely Graves has a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Studies, and an associate’s degree in Sales and Service from Dickinson State University.  Her education and life experiences helped her become an entrepreneur. Keely can thank her grandma for giving her the cleaning bug and showing her the tricks of the trade. 



She is honored to be chosen as one of 25 small business owners accepted into the inaugural North Dakota Goldman Sachs 10,000 small business program. She is a member of Cleaning Business Fundamentals and ISSA the foremost trade association for the global cleaning industry and also the BMHBA. These programs will give her the resources and knowledge needed to expand Keely’s Cleaning Crew.

She is currently a member of the New Salem Saddle Club, West River Teamsters and a serves as a 4-H leader. Keely has served her community by being on the Mandan Rodeo Days committee and the Miss Rodeo North Dakota board. She was also the chairman for the Mandan Rodeo Days Queen and Princess Pageant for several years. 

She is married to Russell, mom to McCoy and stepmom to Patsy, Norris and Anthony. 

She loves her country living lifestyle and spending time at home with her family, horses, dogs, cats, donkeys and goats.  Her family spends a lot of time on the rodeo road and driving their team of draft horses.
